Battery – Button

Button batteries (found in watches, hearing aids, cameras) may contain very small amounts of metals such as silver and mercury. Many watch, jewelry and photo stores recycle them.
The HHW facilities accept button batteries for recycling. Visit the RPRA web site at RPRA to find your closest drop off location. Otherwise, these batteries can go in the garbage.
If it's rechargeable, it's recyclable. Enter your postal code at this website to find the locations nearest you, Call 2 Recycle.
